Ordered wedding invitations. Then really wanted to add stickers so I emailed to see if there was a way to add anything to the order because I didn’t want to pay for shipping twice since I was paying close to $50 for fast shipping. They ended up cancelling the order and then telling me to reorder with what I wanted and that it would take 3-5 business days for the first order to be refunded. I feel like the need to communicate that before just canceling an order. Thankfully we had the money to reorder right then or I would have been in a very difficult spot. Also I paid a lot extra for shipping and the delivery was late but I understand that sometimes shipping gets delayed I was just frustrated because we paid so much extra for the shipping. The invitations themself were perfect I loved them. Amazing we added the picture on the back after because it didn’t give us the option on the website but I love the way they turned out.
