The name of the artist is Ivar Arosenius (Swedish 1878-1909) and the little girl is his daughter.

Beautiful card to commemorate a Saints feast day. Disappointed it didn’t come with an envelope though, but I’m sure this was just an oversight. Have ordered from this shop before and the products are always beautifully unique. Printing perfect as always. Lots of beautiful designs to choose from.
