Solutions require setting aside "they should have" "but THEY" and all that which works against true communication. Blame is Easy, Solutions are harder. We are people. We are children, brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers. We eat, we sleep, we love. We are individual. Some are filled with hate, most just want to study, live, work and play without fear. Whether it is Ukraine vs Russia, or Israel vs Palestine or any other conflict the instigators are not the people.
