I suppose one might expect some low quality on such a product, seeing that it's made quickly, inexpensively, and that it's personalized. The printing is clear, the photo is perfect (I mean, hey, it's Luigi, how could it not be perfect..), and the mug is of good quality, without the odd little spots in the glaze you might find in a cheap mug from a discount store. I use the mug at work, and since colleagues know I'm a bunny enthusiast, it has started many conversations. The photo is clear, the text printed on it is clear, and I like the "ringer" design. It's just right.
