the posters were wonderful quality and look fantastic. Unfortunately not a standard framing size, but that was the poster designer's choice, and not zazzle's. order got "lost" in the Christmas shuffle. contacted customer service who promplty offered sincere apologies, got the product produced, and upgraded shipping to the fastest method. Very happy with response following a reasonable mistake given the time of year. perfect printing
