The quality of the product is very good and I am overall happy with it. The only issue I have is that the background colour, behind the logo, is a different colour to the preview I saw before I ordered. In the preview it looked black, however, on arrival it is more of a grey and a different colour to the back of the sleeve. This does not fully reflect our corporate colours.

I paid extra to recieve the item before christmas as it was meant to be a gift . It didn't recieve it before Christmas and when it came I had to pay customs tax of £11.16 to recieve it. It doesn't say that on the payment for the item. I would never of ordered it had I known I needed to pay additional money on top. Zazzle should inform customers if they are ordering items that they would have this additional cost. Printing was ok but not for the additional payment I had to make to recieve the item.
