Mahler Grooves Bumper Sticker #2

Demonstrating his great sense of fun, Leonard Bernstein placed a “Mahler Grooves” bumper sticker on the first page of music in his conducting score of Mahler’s Symphony No. 6 which is now maintained in the New York Philharmonic’s Archives. This page and the entire score can be seen online at: http://bit.ly/LbyLrJ. The Archives logo is a modified nineteenth-century stamp that was used to identify all music owned by the Orchestra. All proceeds go to support the New York Philharmonic Archives in their work to preserve and make available the invaluable treasures of America’s oldest symphony orchestra founded in 1842.
