Portland Head Lighthouse is a historic lighthouse in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Completed in 1791, it is the oldest lighthouse in Maine. Construction began in 1787 at the directive of George Washington. In 1973 it was added to the National Register of Historic Places as Portland Head Light.

This card is great fun and good quality. I loved the humour inside and on the back. There is the opportunity to change the orientation of this card from landscape to portrait, which I did. It is relatively straightforward to amend the typeface to fit the new orientation. It was well packaged with no plastic. The printing on this card is excellent.
