This is super cute! It's a gift, so I'm glad it turned out well. When the shipping label was made, there was an error where the tracking info never updated. After about a week, I contacted Zazzle and they sent a replacement. I received the replacement in just a couple days! I also received the original and they told me to keep it or discard it. This is a company that really cares about their customers. I will shop here again! Honestly, I expected this to feel like a fake iron-on, but it turned out really soft!
