Man Confronting Fox Goddess Apparition Poster
This poster is from a color print created by the famous Japanese artist Utagawa Kuniyoshi in the 19th century. It's titled: "A man confronted with an apparition of the Fox goddess". Many of Utagawa's prints were themed around ghosts, apparitions and specters. I'm not sure who the man in the print is, but he's probably a samurai (Japanese warrior). He's shielding his eyes with one hand while holding a long bow in the other. His kimono (clothes) are very colorful, and he's also draped in some kind of fur. Utagawa has signed the artwork (and perhaps written a few sentences) in Kanji characters and Hiragana (Japanese writing).

I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame.
This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again.
One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up.
Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font.
Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.
