Greeting card inspired by an oil painting by Late gothic artist Martin Schongauer (German c. 1445–1491), Virgin and child in a garden. The grace of Schongauer's work became proverbial even in his lifetime and gave rise to such names as “Hübsch (charming) Martin” and “Schön Martin”.
