Ordered small, personalized mason jar labels to affix to our wedding favors. When I placed my initial order, I failed to notice that some of the writing would not fit appropriately. I was contacted immediately and made aware, and the order was put on hold until I gave further instruction. Ended up cancelling that order and reordering it with some changes that worked great. I feel like they could have filled the order as placed and it would have been my fault for overlooking that error. But instead they took the time to contact me. The finished product was exactly what I wanted and arrived very quickly. Thank you! The product turned out exactly as shown on the example when I ordered.
