Matsukawabishi Golf Headcover

Matsukawabishi is a type of Japanese crest. In 'Monsho', a book written by Masami Takeda, a Japanese crest designer, in 1925, it is described that a rhombus is formed by combining two equilateral triangles. However, the book also states that if a crest is created using this rhombus as is, it will appear too short and weak. Therefore, it explains a method to adjust the proportions. Matsukawabishi and Sangai-bishi are created based on a geometric rhombus rather than a traditional Japanese crest rhombus.
