This tapestry fragments represents a fabulous lionlike beast with pointed teeth, clawed feet, and a scaly rump. Such beasts, derived from those illustrated in classical texts like the Physiologus and mediaeval bestiaries, represent vices. Here the figures posed with them seem to have tamed their libidinous cravings. Such tapestries were displayed in homes providing decoration as well as insulation.

Treated myself to this beautiful blanket, put a photo of every dog I’ve ever looked after on it. Something I will keep forever. Thank you : ). I made little collages of 9 photo per square. I think photos would of been clearer if I had only put one photo per square. But that was my fault for adding hundred of photos : ) I love my blanket and would definitely buy another one!!

As an owner of many Bernese mountain dogs I love it when I can buy a beautiful gift that is useful and has Bernese on it.
I bought this Fleece Blanket as a gift for my friends new born baby boy. Absolutely love the turquoise colour and love even more that I could add that personal touch with the baby’s name.
It can be really hard to find Bernese products that look good so when the product came I was super happy with the Quality and feel and turn out. The colour was just perfect I love the turquoise and the Bernese dogs are a nice shape and a good similarity to the breed. The printing Quality was fabulous. Exactly like what I’d made on the website.
