I first met Luther Hampton on Beale Street in Memphis Tennessee in BB King's. One would think that he was a street person, carrying around a backpack full of old sketch books. But that is not the case for this talented and prolific artist. Included in the book Noteable Black Memphians, his award winning work in many media can be found around the country. While at BB Kings enjoying the blues, Mr. Hampton let me look through his sketchbooks. I was drawn to this self portrait and immediately purchased it out of his sketch book lock, stock and barrel.

I fell in love with this painting by Claude Lorrain as soon as I saw it but with a limited budget I had to go for the cheaper version but I was truly amazed when it arrived - it’s as beautiful as it looked on the site! The quality of the printing is excellent- you wouldn’t know it was a basic poster at all!
