Men Black Fashion Hoodie / Customise

I have contacted the customer service team twice through your website contact page and have not received any answer. I received my order of hoodies and one child sized shirt. The hoodies are of decent quality but the colour is much lighter than what's pictured on the website. The hoodies we received are very light gray but the website shows a very dark/almost black colour. I would like the hoodies replaced please. I understand that it's Christmas time and that your team has probably been very busy. But having received two confirmations that my correspondence had been received with promises to respond, I'm very disappointed no one has contacted me to make the order right. I hope this review will bring about some result.

Hoodie is durable, very comfortable. And true to size. Better then expected!

I bought this a a father's day gift for husband from baby. He loves it! The jumper is lovely and soft and well made. The print has come out really well
