I have always drawn and painted so when I left school I knew I wanted to further my knowledge of the arts. I studied fine art, graphics, 3D design, set, prop and costume making. I then worked as a prop maker and painter for 4 years, which was the most valuable arts experience I could ever have wished for. I now paint in my home studio in Yorkshire. My work today is greatly influenced by fairytales, a love affair that began with Disney’s The Little Mermaid at age 5. I am inspired by nature, art nouveau, graphics, graffiti and tattoo. I currently enjoy working with acrylics, using symmetry and creating an airbrushed look.
