I am not happy with the order that arrived today. My first order had one ornament that came out great (see the left item in the photo). So I ordered 20 more (at more than $277) and the text and border came out fuzzy (see the right item in the photo). How can I return or get a refund?

The image was so faint that if I didn’t know it was my face I wouldn’t be able to make it out. The picture was also crooked. However, Zazzle customer service was awesome and refunded my money without any question. .
