This rose is called "Mister Lincoln” It was developed in 1964 and was named an All-America Rose Selections winner in 1965. The rose was purchased well over 20 years ago. I shot this very quick photo a few days after it's ideal bloom, but I took a chance we might get an interesting photo. The poem is titled: “Before.” The reviews have been good.
