Every Spring, the migration of the Sandhill Cranes through Nebraska is an annual event. The cranes, on their northward migration, stop through the Platte River Valley for "fuel" and rest. It is an unbelievable spectacle with sound effects included, and can only be truly appreciated when witnessed in person!
