Modern Monogram | Our First Christmas with Photos Ceramic Ornament

This is a very cute idea for a memorable gift. I loved that I could choose different images for front and back. My first ornament didn't turn out to match the draft I created, with white spaces where I didn't want them, among other things. Response from customer service was prompt and friendly and a replacement was sent very soon. Because of other problems, additional help was given and one more ornament was sent to me, again promptly. The customer service was great throughout. The colors were very nice on my ornament, consistent with the original photos. However, in spite of best efforts on the part of customer service, the final images, though improved from previous attempts, were still not crisp and clear. It is possible that someone with more technical experience than I have can modify/adjust the characteristics of their photos to get a better result. I hope so, because this is a very nice way to capture special moments and relive them at Christmas time! I do appreciate the willingness of customer service to make this the best they could.

Had this made to remember two famley members who are both no longer with us at christmass as a hanging decration for the chritmass tree.. its white porcline or cramic but very well made with added photo on one side.. also has a lovley red bag to keep it in.. execlent printed text in bold and black stands out well aganst the blue background of the photo.
