Customization was easy and straight-forward, with enough options to choose from without being totally overwhelming. Colors were very true to what showed up on my screen. I was really nervous about ordering all my invitations before getting samples, but I bit the bullet and they are wonderful. I like the paper (felt ecru?) too. Sort of a creamy, watercolor textured paper. It warmed up my printed colors slightly when compared with true white paper, which was intentional.
