Molon Labe! Oval Sticker
Molon Labe or "come and take", is a classical expression of defiance reportedly spoken by King Leonidas I in response to the Persian army's demand that the Spartans surrender their weapons at the Battle of Thermopylae. Molon Labe has become an American patriotic slogan used in 1778 at Fort Morris in Georgia during the American Revolution, and most notably in 1835 at the Battle of Gonzales during the Texas Revolution. The phrase emanates power and instantly places images of courage, character, and a refusal to quit, regardless of circumstance. It is the warrior’s rally cry. A man is not free unless he has the power he has in nature. The ability to defend himself is the only true power. Without arms, there is no way for a man to look his would be adversary in the eye and say, “You want my freedom? Come try to take it.”

My intended use for this sticker is to display it on the back of my SUV. So far it seems to be holding up well in a variety of weather conditions. I have not run the SUV through the car wash at this time. The printing is exactly as depicted and seems to be of good quality.
