Monet Japanese Bridge with Water Lilies tile. Oil painting on canvas from 1899. Monet painted the Japanese style bridge above his water lily pond at Giverny multiple times throughout his long career. This is one of the most famous of Monet’s Japanese Bridge paintings. The work features the bridge at mid morning with the sun streaming down upon the light green lily pads and pink lily flowers blooming in the pond below. The bridge itself is soft green and blue. A pretty gift for fans of Claude Monet, Impressionism, and French Landscape paintings.

Really nice image fixed to the tiles in my shower as a background to a soap dish. This was to hide the marks left by a broken soap dish. Just used tile adhesive and white grout. I think it looks good, almost like the drips are falling from the soap dish. No probs. Nice image.
