This the second time I have reached out to you. I did what you suggested, and it made on difference. The hands keeping slipping and will not keep time. I would like a refund or a clock that a least works. Just wonderful. The printing was just fine. It is too bad you feel like you need a pat on the back for something you should be paying attention to anyway.
