Morning Horse Ride on the Beach (by Anton Mauve) Skateboard

This design features an artwork by the Dutch realist painter Anthonij (Anton) Rudolf Mauve (1838–1888), who was a leading member of the Hague School. Mauve's cousin-in-law was Vincent van Gogh. The painting shows gentlemen in suits and top hats; they are riding on horseback along the beach. The sky and sea are blue with the morning sun. The three horses nearest to the viewer have three different coloured coats: from left to right, they are white, chestnut and black. There are bathing cabins on the beach, ready for swimmers. The original painting was produced in 1876.

When ordering anything that is customised I always open the product with my eyes half shut... almost preempting that there's going to be something wrong somewhere. No matter how well you send artwork or how well the relationship goes online... there's always chance of an imperfection, or two. But this right here... ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. I am blown away by the quality of the work. Thank you and I will definitely be back again. Sam. As a designer I know how to prepare and send artwork. I cant speak for how it holds up as a fully assembled skateboard. But I've had quite a few decks in my life and this seems solid. I'm using it fro a Twin Peaks art project. So far, it has been perfect! very smallJust a few whit marks in the black parts, Nothing serious. Very small defects.
