Morris Acanthus Leaves Twining Stem Flowers Carpet Post-it Notes

This is a digitally enhanced version of one of Morris & Co.'s ranunculus designs. The original was used for the length of a “Kidderminster” or appliquéd carpet with a single repeating large symmetrical pattern. The pointed frame with ranunculus leaves, twisted stems and flowers is coloured green, light blue and brick red with a dark blue base. Featuring intricate floral motifs, this pattern showcases a retro style of combining nature-inspired elements with a distinctly Victorian aesthetic.
