This is card art done for the Fallen Empires expansion of Magic: The Gathering. This powerful man is the Hand of Justice. He is seen here considering you with scroll in hand and scales on the table. The dice at his elbow suggest that you might make a deal, but would that be wise?
The colours contrast the sombre theme and a slit window is possibly showing your last look at the world for a very, long time. This piece was done with dyes and colour pencils with some airbrush.

It's exactly what I've expected it to be being it regarding printing or quality of material itself. True white color is what I wanted and is sometimes hard to get but it's as wanted and expected. Quality print in as "alive" colors as one could expect them to be is what I wanted and got it. Even customisation I did was prefectly matchet with what already existed on origina tee design.
