Mudville Greed Original Pencil Drawing Postcard
This pencil drawing from 1995 when baseball players threatened yet another strike depicts disappointed patrons in a sports bar. While the bartender reads them the bad news from the local newspaper one customer burns his tickets and a biker is so depressed by the prospect of no baseball that he pushes away his beer. The strike was averted but considering the recent NFL lockout and contract problems in the NBA the point still seems to be valid.
