A huge multiplication table to help your struggling students remember their times tables. A great teacher tool. I teach, it works... put away the calculators and let them practice the old fashioned way. Math research says that if students don't learn their times tables by 3rd grade they may never learn them. It is such an important skill. Put one on each child's bedroom wall. I have 3 of various sizes on my walls. I teach Algebra to high schools students. Many of them still struggle with their multiplication tables. I smile when I observe students doing their work and glancing at the poster on the wall. NO CALCULATORS in my classroom until the end of the year. They may not memorise the entire table but they do become familiar with common values such as 12 time 12 and 20 times 20. A great workaround to a problem that plagues math students across the country.

I designed these at the request of teachers who were using my book 'Writing Essays: what you need to know' with their classes, as they wanted to have more classroom resources based on the book.
First off, although I worried about ordering the budget paper, the quality was excellent, and others I showed at school were impressed.
I thought the poster might be a bit small at first, but up on the wall it looks fine. Students are able to go up to it and refer to it while they work.
The other posters have bigger text so they'd probably be alright at this size. Any bigger and I think the posters become too expensive as a classroom product. The colours are lovely and clear and the text and images are crisp. I made sure the dpi was very high when I designed the poster, and this has turned out perfectly!

The posters are fabulous, and they gave a warm first impression to students and parents entering the classroom for the first time.
