I love these journals! So much so, that I have decided use them as the base for a collectable set of squirrel-based journal cover-art (Numbers 2 and forward are ALL personal local photography, not internet) called "My Chatterings". They are sturdy design, heavy cardboard cover, pocket-sized, paper is thick and does not bleed. Checkout my series of "My Chatterings" journals. The reproduction of my personal photos is remarkable! I get many closeups of squirrels and all the detail is perfectly reproduced on the inside and outside covers
