Turned out great and arrived on time. Would order this again. Seems to be good quality. Print is clear and readable.

The quality of the picture and text are wonderful. To be honest it was a little smaller than I had thought but we still love it so much. The text is what made us want to purchase this particular ornament. The turn around time was awesome. i was concerned i wouldn't get it before Christmas but it arrived in about a week. Great people to work with. The colors of the photo were spot on and the text was all smelled correctly. There was an initial problem when I ordered. The ornament design I picked out didn't work with this text. The hole for the ribbon went through one of the words. I was contacted by customer service and given the option to leave the design as ordered or to cancel order and change it to a design that would fit properly. I was extremely pleased with the customer service personnel I dealt with.

Again, this is a great item. The second of two we purchased as we couldn’t decide which one to go with. It’s beautifully put together. There were so many to choose from! It took a couple hours to narrow it down! All printing turned out exactly as we asked. Every detail turned out just right, to honor our sweet boy!!
