My first Diwali is a cute design for a baby.
Colourful Rangoli with an oil lamp called diya. Lamps are lit at Diwali because the existence of light means the non- existence of darkness and evil forces. Rangoli is traditionally drawn with the fingers using flour, rice grains or coloured chalk. At Diwali, Hindus draw bright Rangoli patterns to encourage the goddess Lakshmi to enter their homes.
