Mystical Three Rabbits Hares Ears 4 Seasons Blank

This unique blank card has a mystical animal theme with a rabbit / hare motif, of three rabbits chasing in a circle, and sharing just three ears. The traditional border poem reads, "Rabbits three and ears as few, Yet each rabbit has its two." This symbol is found in ancient art and architecture throughout Europe and the Middle East. Leaves and flowers in natural colours reflect the Four Seasons in the corners. The reverse is lightly patterned and has a smaller image. My artwork was originally painted on kiln fired ceramic tile.
