"Nature Nights Wolf & Snowy Owl" Original Art Mug. Coffee Mug
I created these paintings as part of a set for the Easthampton City Arts+ Small Works show in 2012. Now I'm offering it as a mug for everyone to enjoy. I wanted to create small, but beautiful winter themed paintings of nature. I chose my two favourite animals, the wolf and the owl. I love blues, purples and greens, which I focused on in these paintings. The Owl painting depicts a snowy owl sitting on a tree in a forest at night. The Wolf features the face of a wolf, half in shadow with a glowing full moon and dark trees with a purple night sky. Originally created in watercolors on hot pressed paper in 2012. ©2012 Victoria K.
