I ordered a 16 x 16 pillow. What I received is barely 13 x 13. (There are actually 2 different ones I ordered, both are this size.) Very disappointed. I called and was told that I would receive an email that I could attach these images to so I could get the right pillows. No email had come. Guess I’ll be sitting on the phone for another 30 minutes in hopes of receiving another email for production …, .
