The only reason I gave it a 4 was because the first ornament was not centered and had to be reordered. I didn't receive a response to my email inquiry other than my order was on the way. When I clicked on the link, it referred to original order that was delivered. Just received replacement which was much better. A perfect addition to my grandson's nautical themed tree. Second ornament came out much nicer. The center hole is larger than pictured and still punched through lettering a bit. I would suggest adding an extra space between names when ordering.
