I’ve never had an issue with Zazzle but this last order for our Christmas cards was pretty terrible. I ordered return labels with the cards as a package and the labels never came. I ordered them with plenty of time before Christmas and they never came, even though the packing slip said they did. I tried to email Zazzle and no one replied.
I also ordered basic return labels at the same time as the cards and they turned out like crap. I used the recommended colors and font (light blue and white) and you can’t even read our names. I sent a photo of the labels to Zazzle and asked about them, no reply. Since I didn’t hear back on either issue I figured I was stuck with it. I had to use the ugly, blue, non-legible return labels on our Christmas cards.
I used Zazzle for most of our wedding invites 2 years ago and some signage, never had an issue then so something must have changed in their customer service. 👎🏼.
