"No I Do Not Consent to a Search" Sticker (Red)

As criminal defence attorneys who have been involved in a large number of drug and weapons cases, we often find ourselves arguing search and seizure issues. Police will sometimes allege that the defendant consented to the search of the home, car, or belongings that yielded illegal drugs, weapons, or other contraband or evidence. The defendant, however, will adamantly deny ever consenting to a search. We hope that these stickers that clearly state "No I do not consent to a search" can help resolve some of these disagreements. Post a sticker that declares your Fourth Amendment right against warrantless searches and seizures in a visible area on the door to your home, on the driver's side window of your car, or on your luggage.
