On the front, the northern cardinal looks extra cute in his fluffy new feathers as he rests on a branch in the fall by a bird feeder in my local park. On the back, a different male cardinal looks extra bold in his summer feathers as they sparkle in the sun against beautiful leafy green foliage on the path behind my home.
