Nutcracker Ballerinas Christmas Round Ornament

I ordered this ornament on December 18 after speaking with a customer service representative who said that the company was doing its best to keep up with Christmas orders, even though I was on the cusp of the guaranteed shipping date. I ordered it at noon and by 9:00 the same night, I had a confirmation that the order was ready and queued for shipment. I had ordered it with one-day shipping and received it the next day at noon - literally a 24 hour turn-around! The quality is excellent - a beautiful Nutcracker scene on one side and my personalization on the other. Beautifully done. The personalized message was perfect - it was great to pick out the proper font, size and color that best fit the style of the ornament.

I purchased this as a gift for a friend and they were delighted with it. The finish of the ceramic decoration exceeded my expectations and was glossy and gave a nice tinkling chink as they touched each other. A great finish and generously sized ornament.

The prodigy was easy to design amd order, and postage was quick too! I ordered 3 identical ones one for myself, one as a gift and one for safe keeping. I’m glad I did because it’s adorable. Great quality print amd colour a were as they were through the design process.
