In rural American small towns, where we cling to our guns & religion, we have an expression for Obama-types. You know the type: he plays dress-up in his "cowboy duds" - stetson, boots shined up real purty, the biggest store-bought silver buckle he can find, jeans with the creases still in them. The guy who looks like he "knows somethin' 'bout somethin' to people who know nothin' 'bout nothin'". That guy. He looks the part, he's a smooth talker & he puts on a mighty good show - but he has absolutely no substance. Out here, we say "He's All Hat & No Cattle".
