Offering the Panal to the Bullfighter (1873) by American impressionist artist Mary Cassatt. This oil on canvas painting depicts a young woman flirtatiously offering a glass of water to a bullfighter, who dips panal (honeycomb) into it to make a refreshing drink. Cassatt made several paintings of local Spanish customs during her 1873 stay in Spain.
