The wreath was also worn by victors of the Pythian Games, one of the four Panhellenic Games that transformed into the modern Olympics. In Rome, the wreath was worn by the “vir triumphalis” or “triumphator” during his triumph, a parade honouring his exceptional military victory. Today, the laurel wreath represents victory and honour in their many forms. Designs are fully customisable.
