This runs at least one size smaller than the labeling indicates. The friend I gave it to eventually cut out the cute design and appliqued it on another T-shirt that was true to size. It was purchased as a pajama top, so I'd ordered a large as my friend normally wears a medium. Trying it on revealed that it was actually a very tight medium! The design was enjoyed by my cat-loving friend whose pets paired nicely with this.
