Orange Mexican Gold Poppies blooming in springtime Postcard
Bright orange Mexican Gold poppies in bloom cover a hillside on Peridot Mesa on the San Carlos Apache Indian Reservation, and now they're imprinted on this postcard. Matching custom postage, address labels and greeting cards also available. I was blessed to have the opportunity to go here in 2017 after a very wet winter, when certain areas of the US deserts were experiencing what was called a "super bloom". This area is just outside of Globe, Arizona, and well worth seeing if you ever get the chance. Original photography copyright 2017 by Karen Coffelt.
