Ordain Women Poster

Demand the full participation of women in the church, and in all its offices and sacraments. The first person to preach the gospel message of the resurrected Christ was a woman, Mary Magdelene, and her audience were the Twelve, making her the Apostle to the Apostles. Women were the most faithful of the disciples, standing at the foot of the Cross while the men fled. Even St. Paul, whose works have been misread to forbid ordained ministry from women, greats women in his letters as his co-laborers and uses the same titles with them that he uses with men he greets in his letters. Further, he greets churches as meeting in various women's houses-- where the woman would be the host, and presumably, would preside at the service. Either we welcome women to full participation, or we should not allow them to participate at all. Show where you stand.
