Ordinary Human Life Poster

There was a theory that third Monday in January, "Blue Monday" is the most depressing day of the year. My theory is that we are taught to be unnecessary upset about so many things. Not rich enough? Not famous? The weather is bad? The life happens in a different way to what was expected? The world is dark and so far from perfection? It is like one is always searching for wrongs rather than appreciating rights. I feel the need to learn to switch into a different mode. No expectations. Almost every moment could be a source of some joy if perceived as an end in itself. Everything is a little step on the path of personal growth. It does not matter what happens, it only matters what would I do. And even what I do is just one line which could be crossed and rewritten if needed.
