I was very happy that the product was delivered on time and it is very pretty. The only thing about it I am not totally happy with is the lettering is a little blurry on the smaller words. It is a very pretty ornament I just wish it was clearer, but I got it in time and I think the people I'm giving it to will enjoy it for many years.. Thank you. See above response. The larger words were very nice, but the smaller printing was a little blurry.

Nice, but my understanding pre-order was that the text would be double sided, which it wasn't. The text could have been clearer, and it did not come with a pouch which again I understood it would. .
