The weight and quality of the ornament itself is excellent. I had originally ordered this in early December and although happy with the overall product, I had been disappointed in how dark the printing came out so that the text was obscured. I shared that in my first review of the item, and Zazzle reached out to me with options to make it right. To make a long story short, they lightened the photo and reproduced the item for me at no charge. This company has the BEST customer service and I cannot recommend them enough. The colors of the photo after Zazzle lightened it were very good and the text was now legible. I am very happy with this item. Thank you Zazzle and all of your wonderful customer service people!
